When the download finishes, open Download folder and double-click on Silverlight.dmg.

Netflix says it's a Microsoft issue and take it up with them. I replied no way. I detest Microsoft - that's one reason I have a Mac. Also told them that others are having the issue and that if it wasn't resolved in a day, I am cancelling my account. If enough people say that, Netflix would put pressure on MS to fix it.
